Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit purchases are generally final. If credits were purchased in error and remain unspent, contact support within 14 days and we will review eligible refunds.
Subscriptions (platform Premium and creator subscriptions) renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
Unauthorised transactions should be reported to support immediately. We cooperate with our payment processors to resolve disputes.
Where local consumer law grants stronger rights, those rights apply.
