Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Liaison. By registering or using the service you agree to them. They may change from time to time; the current version always applies and is shown with its effective date (last updated June 2026).

Who can use Liaison

You must be at least 18 years old (or older where your country requires) and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not use the service where it is illegal for you to do so. Liaison is a private members' community and we may decline or end membership at our discretion.

Your account

Your account is personal to you and non-transferable. Keep your password secure and tell us immediately of any unauthorised use. You're responsible for activity on your account unless we're at fault.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law or post or send content that is unlawful, non-consensual, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights. Never post content involving anyone under 18, or that identifies or enables contact with a minor. Don't impersonate others, scam or spam, sell or advertise without our consent, scrape or disrupt the service, or do anything that harms other users' experience.

Your content & consent

You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have all rights and consents needed. You must not publish content depicting another identifiable person unless they are 18+, you have their explicit signed consent to share it on Liaison, and you keep a copy of that consent and their age ID to provide to us on request. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that breach these terms, and we cooperate with authorities where required.

Verification & meeting others

We may offer identity or age verification but cannot guarantee any user is who they claim to be — verified or not. You deal with other users at your own risk. If you arrange to meet someone, take sensible precautions and follow our safety guidance; meetings are your responsibility.

Payments

Parts of Liaison are free; some features require payment. Credits are a prepaid virtual currency used to send gifts and tips, and are generally non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy. Creator subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-off site-supporter upgrades grant access for a fixed period and do not auto-renew. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated. Creators receive a share of revenue net of our platform fee, subject to verification, a holding period and minimum payout thresholds.

Cancellation (cooling-off)

If you're in the UK or EEA you may have a 14-day right to cancel your contract from the day it's formed. Tell us within that period using the in-app contact tools and we'll refund payments in line with the law; where you asked us to start a paid service during the cooling-off period, we may charge for what was provided.

Service, liability & IP

We provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; we may suspend it for maintenance or changes. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud); otherwise we are not liable for loss that isn't reasonably foreseeable, that you cause, or that relates to your business. The intellectual property in the service is owned by us or our users — you may view it for personal use only and must not copy, scrape or reuse it without our consent.

Ending this agreement

You can end your membership any time by deleting your account. We may end or restrict it, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, fail verification, or where necessary to protect the community or comply with the law. Where we end a paid subscription early other than for your breach, we'll refund the portion relating to the period after termination.

Governing law & company
